Web Design & Development Portfolio
- Front-end Design & Quality Assurance
- PathWise Solutions Inc., 2018-2019
WordPress website builds under my assignment included the redesign and content migration of Non-profit clients' pre-existing websites, Kootenay Kids and Kootenay Boundary Community Services Co-operative. Redesigns required updated UI & UX, ongoing client support and maintenance tutorials upon project completion.
I expanded my role at the company through initiating and documenting project-related process standardizations; the Project Manager and I launched these procedures to the team at a first-ever company workshop; outcomes included improved team-wide communication and project flow.
Additional projects involved WordPress content management of Non-profit websites, LMS site builds, UI analysis & implementation, client communications and eLearning module and website QA. (Sound vague to you? Email me! I'd love to tell you more.)

- College Wordpress Project

Wayward Kin, a branding, website design and development project, was aimed at creating a consistent brand presence through developing a customized WordPress child theme for educational purposes. I developed the theme to be compatible with WooCommerce; the home page utilizes fields accessible through the WordPress interface for user creativity and variability.
- College Wordpress Project

Interactive Design + Development was a rebranding, website design and development college project for the Interactive Media Program at NIC. The site was required to be developed by configuring a pre-existing WordPress Theme.
As part of a three person, lean project management team, I acted as the project manager, copy editor, co-developer and co-designer, and I assisted in quality assurance.
- College Database Project

A simple PHP and MySQL database website application was developed as a college project for a fictitious property management company; website requirements included insert, update, and delete MySQL queries.
